Decommissioning & Removal

We at Generator Installations have experience in the decommissioning, removal, and disposal of surplus or redundant generator and fuel systems.

Generators and fuel systems are typically decommissioned and removed from sites due to sets coming to the end of their life or are no longer required by the client. This can save a significant amount of space and associated maintenance costs.

We can also offer a refund of the decommissioning costs based on the value of the kit being removed.

We have the electrical and mechanical experience, along with the equipment, to ensure there are no unscheduled power failures during the decommissioning process.

In some circumstances, the generator or fuel tanks can be positioned on a roof, basement or other restricted access areas. We have a specialist team and plant to remove the most access-constrained sites.
